JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and, after that, some witnesses also named the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.08.2015 and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection Bajpatti P.S.Case No. 66 of 2015.
