The petitioner in the present case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 479 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 370, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case which has been lodged on 12.07.2019 for the alleged occurrence of 08.07.2019. It is further submitted that as per statement of the victims it appears that they did not raise any alarm while travelling.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

No.5926 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on the record in terms of the Statement of the victim girls aged about 13 and 11 years respectively stating about the active participation of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer is thus, refused. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail in the court below within a period of four weeks from today his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on it's own merit without being prejudiced by the orders of this Court. The application stands dismissed.
