In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No.125 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The wife of Anil Mahto lodged an FIR, alleging that Nikal Singh, Buchali Singh @ Roushan, Sital Thakur, Pappu Singh and Viko Singh @ Langda came to her house and called her husband and with the help of other accused persons, in which the name of the petitioner has also surfaced, served the wine to her husband and later on killed him and the dead body was thrown out on the railway track. Further allegation is that on apprehension
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18290 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 that her son could know about the incident, the accused persons also killed him and dead body was thrown out into the well. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial as early as possible.
