Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complain Case No. 1022(C) of 2014 registered under Sections 498A and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they, being the family members of the husband of the complainant, subjected to torture and harassment her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are family members and not the husband and no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Heard learned APP as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant who have opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11876 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 bail on the ground that they undertook to take her but thereafter refused.

Having heard both sides and in the facts that petitioners are family members of the husband of the complainant and no specific allegation has been attributed against them, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Danapur in connection with Compaint Case NO. 1022(C) of 2014; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
