The petitioner seeks bail in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 104/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the husband and there is allegation that the petitioner assaulted his wife. The petitioner did not pay the maintenance to his wife which was ordered by this Court. The petitioner has remained in jail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
