The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.50 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. The name of the petitioner has come in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Amit Kumar, as detailed in paragraph-59 of the case diary. In fact, the petitioner is accused in three other cases, due to that reason, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the police. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2016 in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19276 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 the present case.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.50 of 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner.
