2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in violation of order no.5 dated 10.11.2022, petitioner has filed M.J.C. No.668 of 2023 and this Hon'ble Court has pleased to pass order that the State shall not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner. Counsel submits that the title suit has been decided in favour of the petitioner and title appeal filed by the State has already been dismissed.
