The petitioner is in custody for about four months for having absented himself from the trial Court. The submission is that the petitioner had been granted bail and on account of having gone out to earn his livelihood after having entrusted his Pairvikar to make the necessary Pairvi, his bond was cancelled on account of the latches on the part of the Pairvikar. The further submission is that now charges have been framed.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. Ist, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No.210 of 2009 arising out of Nanpur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28824 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 P.S.Case No.02 of 2005 with following conditions:- (i) That the petitioner shall remain physically present on all dates to be fixed in the trial even if there was no progress likely to be made.

(ii) One of the sureties of the petitioner shall be his own family member.
