The petitioner is accused in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, registered under Section 25 (1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mother of the petitioner has lodged Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 53 of 2011 against Vinod Singh, Nagendra Singh and two others on 16.05.2011 and the said Vinod Singh and Nagendra Singh, who is seizure-list witness of this case, managed to implicate this petitioner showing the recovery of the country made pistol and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19300 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 cartridges from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjit Prasad, J.M.1st Class, Danapur in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
