Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 456 of 2019 registered under sections 377 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. As a matter of fact, the father of the informant had land rupees fifty thousand from this petitioner and when the petitioner demanded the same, the present false case has been lodged. The is no allegation in the first information report constituting any offence under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8695 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 the POCSO Act. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Patna in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 456 of 2019.
