The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 138/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have snatched chain and cash of the informant.

It is submitted that the police after investigation found the case false and accordingly submitted final form. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Co-accused Jatta Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27970 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 138/2013.
