The petitioner seeks bail in Mansahi P.S. Case No. 42/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his wife called the petitioner and others and requested them to forgive her but the accused persons did not forgive her and said that they will beat her and then forgive her. Thereafter his wife, the deceased died.
It is submitted that there is a land dispute between both sides. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The deceased died herself committing suicide for the reason best known to her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27957 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 42/2014.
