This application has been placed before us for correction in regard to the description of the respondents no. 2, 3 and 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact in the writ application there was a typographical error as a result whereof respondents no.2, 3 and 4 have been described with their place of posting at 'West Champaran, Bettiah' whereas it should be 'East Champaran at Motihari.'

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the correction requested on behalf of the petitioner. Let the description of respondents no.2, 3 and 4 be corrected in the writ application and in place of 'West

Patna High Court MJC No.5078 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 Champaran, Bettiah' it should be recorded as 'East Champaran at Motihari.' Accordingly in last paragraph of the order the direction given to the District Magistrate, West Champaran Bettiah shall be taken as a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

Accordingly, a fresh order be issued.
