The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suryagadha P.S. Case No. 238 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
