NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels appearing for the State, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura and Purnia University, Purnia.

Petitioner retired from the post of Correspondence Clerk from K.B. Jha College, Katihar with effect from 31.05.2018. He has prayed for payment of retiral dues, which are as follows :

(a) Gratuity (b) Leave Encashment

Patna High Court CWJC No.2369 of 2019(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 (c) Group Insurance and (d) Pension Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura, respondent no. 5 and the Registrar, Purnia University, Purnia, respondent no. 8 regarding his retiral dues, which will be disposed of within the period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount found due, would be paid within a month thereafter with statutory interest. If certain dues are found inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.
