JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Abadpur P. S. Case No.153 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 353/34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. when the police arrested the petitioner no.2, all the accused persons tried to get the petitioner no.2 fled away and attacked on the police party.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and concocted. They have no criminal antecedent.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, they have to surrender before
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4080 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
