At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Arwal for removal of encroachment from public land appertaining to Khata No. 54, Plot No. 210 situated at village Pyareychak, District-Arwal, Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
