By filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks relief that direction be issued to the respondents to give him protection but, on the facts of the case, it appears that petitioner has got bonafide land dispute with respondent No.3, Nagendra Paswan and in this writ petition the dispute between two persons with regard to title and possession over the land cannot be resolved. In this view of the fact, I find no merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
