JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that petitioner had illicit relation with the deceased and thereafter, petitioner was arrested and confessed before the police that he wanted to get rid of deceased and that was the reason, he committed murder. Except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
