Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid order this Court has could not take notice of Annexures 3, 4 and 5, whereby leave of the petitioner was sanctioned and direction was issued for joining, yet the Incharge Headmaster of the school has not allowed the petitioner to join. This Court has granted liberty to the respondents to take decision with regard to payment of salary. In the order however, there is no reference as to the acceptance/ approval of the leave and direction for accepting joining. Considering the aforesaid omission in the order, the court hereby modify the order dated 19.1.2018 and in para-2 of page 2, the following addition may be read:

"The respondents are hereby directed to ensure

Patna High Court CWJC No.14488 of 2017(3) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 joining of the petitioner in the light of Annexures 3,4 and 5 so that the issue of payment of salary may be finally decided within the time indicated in the order dated 19.1.2018. The aforesaid correction may be read in the order."

The order dated 19.1.2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
