JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that petitioner was arrested on suspicion and thereafter, confessed his guilt before the police. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 19-07-2014 but uptill now; he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur.
