The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/ 341 /323 / 324/302/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the named accused persons including the petitioner attempted to outrage the modesty of the daughter-in-law of the informant. When the family members including the grand-son of the informant attempted to rescue her, the accused persons started assault against them. Co-accused Santosh Chaudhary assaulted to Dayanand with sword causing injury at his head as a result whereof Dayanand died. Subsequently, others also assaulted to the named

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Co-accused Dasrath Chaudhary has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-3. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.99 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
