The petitioner is accused in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015, registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
The accusation is that petitioner being the P.D.S. Shop dealer sold 66.03 quintal of rice and 44.02 quintal of wheat total worth of Rs. 2,63,900/- in black market, which was received by him in the different schemes for the month of July, 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the petitioner is a P.D.S. shop dealer, but there is no complaint of the consumers and the petitioner has falsely been

Moreover, after investigation, the Chargesheet has already been filed against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.02.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Mrs. Akansha Kashyap, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015.
