Petitioners are in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 11187 of 2018 alongwith Danapur Rail Thana Case No. 126 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case approximately 17 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits nothing was recovered from the exclusive possession of the petitioners. He further submitted that petitioners are in custody since 25.11.2018.
