JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Case No. 799 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. There is recovery of 135 litres of liquor from the vehicle and petitioner was arrested there.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 25.12.2019, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
