The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Alok Kumar Verma has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28306 of 2020 on 08.12.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 15701 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
