2. The petitioner who is husband of opposite party No. 2 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation vide Mediator's Report dated 08.07.2024 and terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is attached with the Mediator's Report kept at Flag 'A'.

4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In view of the fact that the dispute between the parties has been resolved, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with CR. No. 1664 of 2019 corresponding to T.R. No. 2645 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
