The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(II) of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2014. He has already remained in jail for more than seven and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S.
