JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through Virtual Court Proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with G.R.P.S. Jhajha P.S. Case No.136 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has assaulted Police personal by saying that he became instrumental in imposing a fine of Rs.1000/- and tried to flee away but, he was apprehended by the other Police personnel. In paragraph no.3 of the bail petition, it has been stated that the petitioner has absolutely fair antecedent. However, from the case diary, it appears that the petitioner has also been made accused in two other cases but, this fact has

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year after restoration of normal Court proceeding. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
