JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhiya P.S.Case No. 120 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping minor daughter of the informant.

At the very outset, it is submitted by learned APP that in this case process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has also been initiated.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of girl has been recorded in this case who has not supported the prosecution case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrenders within a period of six
