The petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named 20 persons and alleged that Md. Samid fired which hit Md. Atabul, father of the informant. Md. Sadiq, Md. Mujjalim and Md. Murtza also fired. Md. Sadre Alam died during course of treatment.

It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner Pawan Yadav. Similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28450 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
