The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 494 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 81 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a Tata pick-up van which was alleged to have been loaded by the petitioner along with another accused person.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and in the background of village politics, the petitioner has been roped in this case as only two mobile phones have been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Supaul in connection with S.T. (Excise) Case No. 01 of 2019 arising out of Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 494 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
