Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2112-2015 only on the basis that his name came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and the petitioner does have criminal antecedent of 5 cases but it appears from the materials, available on the record that the investigating officer did not take any pain to arrange test identification parade, particularly, in the circumstance, when the present case was lodged against unknown. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
