The petitioner is in custody in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was involved in loot of Maize.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2019. Notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR, he has not been put on TIP as yet.

Case No. 176 of 2019.
