JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2024 Though the present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail, in connection with NDPS Case No.53 of 2019, arising out of Case No.NCB/PZUV/15/2019 under Section 20(b), (ii)(c)/25, 29, 23(c) of the NDPS Act, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after a lapse of one year from today, in case there is no substantial progress in the ongoing trial.
