2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- That this application is for direction/order to the respondents are illegally and arbitrarily have not take any action of the petitioner's F.I.R. and they have not arrested the named accused of murder case due to they have influenced by the named accused who are also criminals and antisocial element of the locality.
3. In view of the aforesaid prayer, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court below for redressal of his grievances by way of filing a petition in his case in light of the Judgment of the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.314 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P., reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.
4. If such a petition is filed then the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
