The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown. During investigation the name of the petitioner has appeared in the confessional statement of the co-accused. He has also confessed his guilt before the police. It is further submitted that after investigation chargesheet has been submitted and charges have also been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In similar facts and circumstances, Bablu Singh @ Lochan has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 26408 of 2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28178 of 2015 (3) dt.13-08-2015 2 / 2 (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur, in Sessions Trial no. 164 of 2015 arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
