2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 393 of 2024 arising out of Routa P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 3798, 504, 506, 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons holding lathi, danda and dabia came to the courtyard of the informant and have assaulted the informant. When his brother came to rescue, they also assaulted him badly due to which he become unconscious and died. It is also alleged that the accused persons also took cash, gold and silver with them from the almirah.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
