The admitted position is that upon remand under order dated 13.12.2017 passed in Case No 206 of 2015, the matter is now pending consideration before the District Programme Officer, Buxar. Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner is also appearing before the District Programme Officer.

There is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction in this matter.

Writ petition is dismissed.
