Md. N.H. Khan- Sc1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the orders passed in CWJC No. 3014 of 2018 the petitioner had approached the respondents authority for permission to continue as Daily Wagers. Claim has been rejected on 11.10.2018, as if the petitioners are claiming regularization. Since admittedly, the petitioners are not claiming regularization then they are not aggrieved by the order dated 11.10.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.512 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 In so far as their claim for being allowed to continue as Daily Wagers. Having regard to the experience acquired by them over the years, this Court would observe that the petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned authority. The order dated 11.10.2018 shall not stand in the way of consideration of petitioner's claim for being continued as Daily Wagers.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
