JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Mr. Biswajeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the concerned Bank and submit his offer for settlement so that the loan also is amortized and the petitioner gets an opportunity of running his business.
