2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner pressed the neck of informant and snatched mangalsutra from her neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that in the backdrop of property dispute, scuffle took placed between the parties. There is no allegation of assault and overt act against the petitioner and he claims clean antecedent.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 209 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
