Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the third line of second page of paragraph-3, the expression '31.12.2012' has wrongly been typed instead of '31.12.2010', in fourth line of para-6 the expression '18(3)' has wrongly been typed instead of '18(2)', in the 17th line of para-6 the expression 'Memo No.9428 dated 17.07.2018' has been wrongly typed instead of 'Memo No.9757 dated 22.07.2019' and in sixth line of para-10 at page No.7 the expression 'as rule 18(2)' may be deleted.

3. In this view of the matter, in the third line of second page of paragraph-3, the expression '31.12.2012' be read as '31.12.2010', in fourth line of para-6 the expression '18(3)' be
