Petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation against the petitioner is that he is running the school in question on paper, though actually the school is not in existence.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that four acres and 73 decimals lands were donated to the school and the school is in running condition. Moreover, no government aid was provided to the school in question. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28747 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, investigation has already concluded.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case no. 44 of 2015.
