This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Civil Court, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 173C of 2013 against the petitioner for the offence under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order dated 19.07.2019, the application has been dismissed and the case is pending in Danapur Civil Court and the petitioner is the resident of Patna.

In the opinion of this Court, no case for interference

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11547 of 2020(2) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 in the impugned order dated 19.07.2019 is made out. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest as the matter is pending since 2013. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
