Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the bail petition, bearing Cr. Misc. No. 65585 of 2022, as "Bikash Kumar, Son of Kameshwar Yadav, Resident of Village- Badhi Bigha, P.SHunterganj, District- Chatra (Jharkhand)" in place of "Bikash Kumar, Son of Kameshwar Yadav, Resident of Village- Bahuara, P.S- Imamganj, District- Gaya" and accordingly in the order dated 23.12.2022 wrong address has come in the order.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances the order dated 23.12.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65585 of 2022,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13814 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner be read as "Bikash Kumar, Son of Kameshwar Yadav, Resident of VillageBahuara, P.S- Imamganj, District- Gaya" The application is disposed of accordingly.
