2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 485 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 337, 338, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 16.10.2023 by the informant, Bindu Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant, a lady, alleged that on the fateful day, her son was not going to school and as such, she scolded him and further stated that he will be beaten. She alleged that the accused persons construed it that she is threatening them, stormed and resorted to assault, causing injury on her head.

4. Allegation against this petitioner is also of giving

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10079 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 blow on her head, causing fracture.

5. This Court has gone through the injury report and injury no. 1 which is on the head have been found to be grievous in nature. In that background, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.

6. Accordingly, the Cr.Misc. No. 10079 of 2024 stands rejected.
