2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Parsa P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution, 25 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the palani (hut) situated behind the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating materials has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Alleged recovery is made from an open place. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which she is on bail.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
