No doubt, the victim has not returned as yet, but the petitioner is in jail custody since 29-12-2014 and investigation against her has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran.
