The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 31, 32, 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 pending in the learned court below.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
